Wal-mart sells for $69 and it comes in a plastic package which has no extra spool. It seems from reels I have bought and reviews online, many people have poor reviews for plastic package reels. It seems boxed reels are better than plastic packaged reels. I don't know why, maybe it has something to do with the factory who makes them but this amazon.com product is boxed. It includes a spare spool and extra parts. I bought a 30 size for $55 which is a good deal.
This reel is very smooth and has some features that higher priced reels have. This is a saltwater friendly reel; comparable to a shimano reel it saves you close to $100...
