okuma cavalla, April 19, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Okuma Cavalla Machined Aluminum Lever Drag Reel (Sports) i have 2 cavallas (ca15II and a ca50wII) that i use for pier and land based sharking. for the price you cannot go wrong. the drag ratings may be a bit optimistic but on the 15 i run 20lbs at full and on the 50w i run 35lbs at full drag. the drag is smooth and easy to adjust and has a large surface area so heat is not an issue like older star drags. the handles are large and cranking power is also good, the shifter works well and is the same orientation as other 2 speeds i've used.
